How providers are ranked
GLOYEE uses rule-based matching on your answers. There is no black box: here is exactly how the score is built.
Does the provider list your hiring country in its public coverage? This matters most, so it carries the most weight.
Does the provider's public positioning emphasise what you said matters most: price, speed, support or compliance depth?
Does the provider's general price positioning (value, standard or premium) fit the budget you chose? "Flexible" fits all.
If you need to start as soon as possible, providers that focus on fast onboarding score higher.
What the score is based on
Provider facts are managed in one place. Where we haven’t confirmed a value, such as a starting price or onboarding time, we show “Not verified yet” rather than guess.
Priority and price-positioning tags reflect how each provider describes itself publicly. They are not measurements of performance. Ties are broken by a fixed provider order.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish ratings, review counts or testimonials.
- We don’t make legal promises about any provider.
- We only share your details with your matched providers if you tick the consent box.
