What we collect

When you use the quiz or a form, we collect your answers, work email, company name, optional phone number, your consent choice and the consent wording you agreed to, the time of submission, the page URL and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you used.

How we use it

We use your answers to show your provider matches. If you tick the consent box, we may share your details with the providers you are matched with so they can contact you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your details or share them with providers you weren’t matched with. We don’t create user accounts.
